VAT 0% or 19%, at Pirates Cave

From 22-10-2011 we apply the following rules regarding VAT:

SALES WITH OR WITHOUT TO PAY VAT IN OUR COUNTRY, THE NETHERLANDS

SALES TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE European Union (EU) such as Norway, United States of America, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and more......:

All sales to foreign countries outside the EU have to be 0% VAT charged. That means you don't have to pay VAT in our country. However Customs in the USA can charge you subsequently. (check your own country policies regarding duties and taxes at customs)

* All foreign customers outside the EU, making normal orders through our webshop wil be refunded for the paid 19% Dutch VAT.

* All foreign customers outside the EU, making orders by email will receive info about payment costs as it should be, without VAT by email in return.

SALES TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES INSIDE THE European Union (EU) (intra-community transactions)

* All foreign customers inside the EU, have to pay the 19% VAT, unless the customer is buying for his own business with valid VAT number. In such a case we have to receive all company information in order to check the validity of it. If valid we will set the VAT to 0%. (If already paid, we will refund the paid 19% VAT).
